I am an experienced remote personal trainer and dietitian with a 1st class degree in Applied Sports Science. Working from my studio in Manchester, I offer 1-on-1 online fitness training sessions for strength, fitness and weight loss via Zoom or Facetime. As these sessions are conducted remotely, you are welcome to participate from anywhere in the UK – or worldwide.
The sessions are fun, engaging, competitively priced and designed to help you overcome any motivational blocks. No two sessions will be the same; I use creative variation to avoid monotony and gradually increase the intensity of the exercises as you progress. This way, you’ll always benefit from a fresh challenge – and each time you surpass your personal best, you’ll feel a real sense of accomplishment.

What will I need to participate in online strength and fitness training?
All you need to take part in my online fitness training sessions is a smartphone or computer with a camera and either Zoom or FaceTime installed – and the belief that you have what it takes to become stronger, fitter and healthier. As your personal online fitness coach, I will take care of the rest!
If you have access to equipment such as dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells, I can incorporate these apparatus into your routine, but this is not essential. Even if you don’t have any fitness equipment to hand, I can develop a personalised online training routine that will help you improve your fitness and stamina.
