“I have been training with Liam since the end of January 2010 and he has worked specifically with me and the many problems i had. We have worked on my posture and previous injurys (shoulder, knee and lower back). In a short time my posture has massively improved and the problems I had with my shoulder, knee and lower back are much much better than they were before. I have become much stronger and much fitter. “I have been attending the gym for the past 2 years but have always been wary of using a personal trainer as the idea of working out intensely infront of somebody didn’t appeal to me. My worries were soon overcome after the first session, I felt very at ease and was very surprised at how much I could achieve. I would definately say that it is value for money as I am learning how to train my body in different ways to achieve results as well as correcting posture issues that hamper development. “It is refreshing to have a personal trainer that is as focused on my training and dedicated to my progress as I am. Liam always makes time to catch up with his clients and spend time with them outside of his appointments, which provides you with a confidence to his commitment.
My expectation was to have an exercise regime that involved countless repetitive visits to the treadmill and rowing machine with a variety of free weights thrown in for effect. However, what I actually have is a programme of varying techniques that aim to produce the results I want. Liam is exceptionally good at identifying how I can exercise and train to achieve my goals, rather than settling for ‘just losing weight’. Every exercise session is challenging and motivating.”
