  • Full Posture and Movement Screening MOT to assess for any potential injuries, back problems and posture problems that we can also treat as part of the 12 week process

How Does it work?

We will start by analyzing your movement and posture.

This will help to eliminate any back, shoulder or knee pain that you might have and will get you moving efficiently. This will be the foundation that will super charge your results.

Once we have you moving correctly and have eliminated any niggles or injuries you have we can move in to the stuff that’s really going to get you results.

This will include resistance training with weights, kettle bells, battle ropes and other cool pieces of kit to make sure the sessions are never boring.
