Frequently Asked Questions for Holders of a Daily Deals Voucher
Q: How long is each workout?
A: Each workout is 45 minutes of high energy fun and mixes together fat burning cardio, muscle toning resistance training, along with stomach flattening core exercises. (Lunchtime express workouts are 30 minutes so you have time to get back to work)
Q: Can I go to other camp times?
A: YES! Once you have registered with us and gone to your first workout you will then be able to go to “Unlimited” fitcamp times, just show up from then on.
Q: Do I need to bring anything to my 1st workout session?
A: You need a few things: 1. You of course 2. the Par-Q form which you can download here and 3. Your printed Daily Deals receipt. We also advise that you bring some water and a small towel.
Q: What if I’m really out of shape or never worked out before can I do this?
A: Our members here at Northwest Personal Training and Lean Body Fit Camp have many different fitness levels and will cater to each one. We promise you will fit right in, we will do our best to make you welcome and you will love it!
Q: What if I can’t print my Par-Q form or my Daily Deals Voucher?
A: We will have some release forms on hand and you should bring your Daily Deals bar code.
Q: Can I use more than one Voucher?
A: No, it’s strictly one voucher per person and these are for first time clients only
Q: Can I use the one week trial free trial and then my Living Social Voucher?
A: No, the one week trial is for someone with no Daily Deals Voucher and want’s to try our fit camp before they sign up.
Q: What kind of results can I expect?
A: AMAZING RESULTS! Our unique Faster Fat Loss Formula is the most powerful fitness and fat loss sytem ot there and it will change your body, your health, and maybe even your life!
Q: Do I need to be early for my first workout?
A: Yes, you should plan to arrive around 15 minutes before your start time to give yourself a few extra minutes just in case you get lost. When you come in your instructor will take your PAR-Q form, your voucher, and get you integrated into the camp. By the way we have the best, most fun, most exciting fitness instructors in Manchester!
