So what exactly are Kettlebells?
Having been around for hundreds of years and originate out of Russia where they are known as Gyra, these excellent tools are now being used by fitness professionals and personal trainers all over the planet.
Unlike dumbbells, the kettlebell’s center of mass is extended beyond the hand, similar to a club bell. This requires that the user performs powerful ballistic and swinging movements resulting in more calories being burned.
